Yi- Intention, Chuan-fist//way... a great video =) the truth in pure martial art is that in the depths of its practice brings out that its usefulness isn't martial at all!

Another good systema seminar... what I love so much about the style is the work on contact it's extremely important! I add a lot of it in my personal practice and philosophy of tai chi chuan... Remember, "That which we relax is fear" it is not the strike that harms, but the fear that brings the tension that locks the strike in its place.
