The greatest illusion is separation...

Realization of this makes all other values and virtues in our lives easier to carry out.
Without separation who is there to be angry at? no one.
What is there to fear, all things are a part of us.
Why worry when it's one and the same.
No sadness for oneness is eternal.

yin and yang, opposites but part of the same dao.

Kung Fu, Tai Chi doesn't matter the principles are the same, it is the application of that foundation that's different.

all things appear as though they are separate and different but at the root there is the similarity, it's the fabric of all things and the nothingness in between.
