Can you have the energy you want without a cup of coffee? I say YES! It will only take you 5 minutes (or less) and you don't need any fancy equipment, gadgets, supplies or substances. All you need is techniques to take advantage of some acupressure points, or leg room as far as your arms can extend, some knowledge, and possibly something to see your reflection.(until you get the right feeling) What are these energy techniques or this energy giving exercise???

The energy giving techniques I use are Chi Kung (Vitality work) and Tui Na (Chinese Massage) below you will find a simple look at my foundation of vitality giving exercises as well as my basic Self Tui Na routine. The Tui Na is slightly easier to do than the exercise, although both are great tools for energy the exercises have much more usage beyond health building. Try them both, keep and adapt the one that works for you. Enjoy my friends.
Lets start with the exercises! These exercises form the foundation for our entire chi kung and kung fu practice, they are.

TEMPLE STANCES!

For this purpose we are not talking about just any temple stance but the most important ones for immediate energy and transition into awake-ness! These stances are the Horse, Twist and Drop. Horse stance is a great warm up stance as it works every part of the legs and body when done properly. The other two, Drop and Twist, work the yin and yang paired meridians that have to do with decision making, changing your mind from one thing to another, impetus to move, and initial drive. These meridians are the Liver (Yin, worked with Drop) and Gall Bladder (Yang, worked with Twist).

,Along side of the temple stances I use Tui Na just about all day to help me through every ache pain or issue. Self Tui Na for everything, need a pick me up, there's points for that, poor digestion, there's points for that; stress and emotional conditions, there's points for that; pain and joint discomfort, there's points for that... There's acupuncture points for just about anything, all you need to use them is the right technique, knowledge, and faith that you can+will heal yourself. For today the routine we are covering is for energy this is too complex to explain in text or pictures so here's a video outlining it. There is much more to Tui Na than I can cover here if you're interested try out the routine and comment with any questions, and I'll do my best to help you. =)
