Tai Chi Yielding
Yielding is generally learning how to give while correctly balancing one's self. This is the cornerstone of our practice. It's a great skill to have since it will help you deal with stress, focus awareness, keep your balance, and even help you deal with and minimize painful injuries. It works by ridding your body of unnecessary tension and honing your awareness to react properly.
