We'll prepare you to stop the fight before it even starts by learning how to... identify a threat, dissolve stressful situations, effectively apply combative techniques and pressure test your applications.
This program is organized so that you come to objectively handle stress while still building valuable tools to keep you and loved ones safe!
In our Chi Kung Fitness classes we use high intensity interval training alongside of meditation to help you reshape how you react to stress. Using intense exercise as a catalyst we process how we face hardship emotionally and physically. You'll have an amazing workout and this class in particular forms a great segway into our self defense class. You'll leave every Chi Kung Fitness class feeling empowered, peaceful and in much better health, primed to take your self defense to the next level.
In our SD classes we focus on how to assess and navigate the situation first and foremost. We cover how you can efficiently use communication, position, awareness, movement and martial techniques to overcome any level of a threat. At the end of every class you'll be more confident, honest and able to manage a variety of stressful situations.
Our Self Defense program includes access to our Soft Chi Kung, Chi Kung Fitness, and our weekly Self Defense class.
