Kwan Ying Do Kung Fu
Way of honorable masters, Kwan Yin Do is a complete traditional Shaolin system where you’ll learn core martial art and conditioning skills to strengthen and coordinate your body.
Kung Fu is the counterbalance to Tai Chi Chuan, whereas Tai Chi helps you relax and flow, Kung Fu will give you a great cardiovascular workout and develop great coordination, timing, and martial skill.

Our Kung Fu practice consists of traditional technique drills, forms, associated conditioning and self-defense applications. Traditionally we say, practice big in order to do it small. In this way the Kung Fu practice puts "power" into the body for self defense. In our Chi Kung Conditioning and Self-Defense classes we condense the traditional work into a straightforward and practical approach better suited for self defense and real world application.
