Kung Fu and Tui Na for Self-Healing incorporates martial art healing techniques, chi kung, stretches, and acupressure for self-care. Included in these classes are some basic Tui Na hand techniques the therapist can use, as well as the client can be instructed to use on themselves to mitigate pain or stiffness. The full program is 7 classes in length, and may be taken separately or together. The classes are broken down as follows:
Class 1 – Headaches and neck pain
Class 2 – Elbow and forearm issues including carpel tunnel, golf/tennis elbow, and prevention/reduction of arthritis
Class 3 – Shoulder pain including lack of ROM, frozen shoulder, numbness and tingling
Class 4 – Spinal structure, posture, and bodyweight massage
Class 5 – Hip and knee issues including sciatica, IT band tightness, patellar tracking, ACL, PCL, MCL, LCL, and meniscus problems
Class 6 – Ankle and foot issues including plantar fasciitis and ankle instabilities
Class 7 – Opening the joints for the prevention/reduction of arthritis and tendonitis

Class 2: Elbow and Forearm 4CEs
In this course we cover all things associated with elbow and forearm issues including carpel tunnel, golf/tennis elbow, and prevention/reduction of arthritis. On completion of this course you will be able to:
List the physical and non-physical causes of elbow and forearm pain
Demonstrate stretches specific to facilitating elbow and forearm pain relief
Demonstrate the use of Chi Kung to correct posture and retrain movement patterns likely to bring elbow and forearm pain
Demonstrate the use of Tui Na and acupressure points for client and self-care
