In this workshop we dive into how breathing correctly helps us relax, melt away stress and ease pain.
What will you get out of this workshop?
  • 5 simple exercises that can be done anywhere to help you relax and diminish pain.
  • You'll learn how and why your posture affects your breathing.
  • You'll learn what muscles are used while breathing, how and why we want to relax them. 
  • You'll learn how relaxing these muscles has the potential to lower your blood pressure, gets rid of, carpal tunnel, headaches, lower back pain, upper back pain, and saves you energy.
  • You'll learn simple techniques to apply to yoga and any exercise to safeguard your spine.
